Delivery and Pickup

Kansas City Delivery:

 

We deliver on the First Saturday of each month. Delivery will take place anytime between 10am and 6pm. You will receive a 30-minute window for official delivery on the day before (Friday).

Cost for delivery to Kansas City is per item. Price will be shown at checkout. Larger Furniture Items (dressers, consoles, buffets, hutches, tables, etc) will be $75 Per Item. Smaller items (Accessories, lamps, side tables, etc) will be $25 per item.

We will not deliver pieces into the home (you can understand the potential liability issues associated with that). We will deliver to a front door (apartment exterior door) or garage. We can load into the garage with assistance and supervision of the home owner.

Omaha and Lincoln Delivery:

We offer FREE CURBSIDE OR GARAGE DELIVERY in both Omaha and Lincoln Metro areas!  This means we cannot deliver into homes or apartments.  You will be responsible to move the item from the curb or garage into your home.  

 

This includes:   Omaha, Elkhorn, Waterloo, Valley, Gretna, Papillion, La Vista, Council Bluffs, Bellevue, Bennington, Ashland, Waverly, and Lincoln!

 

Omaha deliveries will take place on Sunday's between 1 and 5pm.

 

Lincoln deliveries will take place Thursdays between 1 and 4pm.

Delivery Policies:

You will receive a confirmation email and text after purchase which will provide a link to choose your delivery day.  We ask for all deliveries to be completed within 2 delivery time slots (2 weeks in Omaha/Lincoln and 2 months in Kansas City).  If you are not available during those times, we offer alternative deliveries for $50.00 (Omaha/Lincoln Only).  See below for our free local pickup option as well.

You are asked to inspect items upon delivery.  There will be no refunds on items once they have been received and inspected.  If you are able to demonstrate the item is not as described, we will issue a full refund to the original form of payment.  Please reference the FAQ's at the top of this page for additional information on returns and refunds.

You will have the option to have us leave the item without inspection at your door.  No refunds are offered if you choose this option.  Simply check the box at your "bookings" checkout.

Pickup

 

We offer pickup on Tuesday's between 3:30 and 8pm only.  Our workshop is located just south of 205th and Maple St.  

 

All items need to be picked up within 14 days of purchase.  If they are not picked up within 14 days, a refund will be given in the form of a store credit via digital Gift Card minus a 20% restocking fee after communication has been completed.
