Delivery and Pickup
Omaha and Lincoln Delivery:

In-Store and Online Delivery:

We offer FREE delivery in Omaha (Sunday afternoon) and Lincoln (Thursday afternoons) for items purchased at our storefront. This is curbside only.

We now offer "Through the Door Delivery." For $25, we can bring the item into your residence. We will not position or bring to the room of use. This is only through the front door. Please check out the FAQ's for additional information.
The buyer is required to register for delivery after purchase at 15twohome.com/delivery.​​

Delivery Policies:

Online orders will receive a confirmation email and text after purchase which will provide a link to choose your delivery day. For storefront purchases, please visit 15twohome.com/delivery.
We ask for all deliveries to be completed within 2 weeks. Storage fees may apply if more than 2 weeks is needed.

This is for curbside delivery only. We can deliver items to the front door, driveway, garage, or apartment complex entrance. We now offer "Through the Door" delivery for $25. Please reference the FAQ's for information on this.

You are asked to inspect items upon delivery. There will be no refunds on items once they have been received and inspected. Please reference the FAQ's at the top of this page for additional information on returns and refunds.

You will have the option to have us leave the item without inspection at your door. No refunds are offered if you choose this option. Simply check the box at your "bookings" checkout.

Pickup
​
Storefront Pickup:
Items purchased at the storefront must be picked up by close the weekend of purchase. Items not picked up will be moved into storage and storage fees will apply.

Online Pickup:
Pickup of items is scheduled by appointment. Please text 402-543-3210 with your name, item purchased, and requested time slot for pickup.

All items need to be picked up within 14 days of purchase. If they are not picked up within 14 days, storage fees will apply.

If there are extenuating circumstances, we are not a major corporation with policy after policy to guide our decisions. We are people who want you to love our business and the products we provide.
