COFFEE EXTRACTION CLASS

Join us as we explore four different methods of brewing your coffee at home.  This one hour class will cover introductory information on how coffee is produced, harvested, and roasted to enhance or hide its qualities. Each method will be demonstrated in person with samples offered so the participant can taste the nuances each method produces. Some fresh pastries will be served as well.

 You'll discover how the method impacts the flavor and profile and likely walk away with a new favorite way to enjoy your favorite cup at home.

Utilizing specialty grade, fresh roasted coffee, we'll discuss the specialty coffee grading system, what makes for a great cup of coffee, and how you can enjoy the best cup of coffee from the comfort of your own kitchen.
